a love note/ poem to a significant other

a thank you letter

about your fears, doubts, worries, stress (usually seems less overwhelming when
put on paper)

a timeline of your accomplishments in life

a biography about a figure you admire

creative (Drawing, writing, painting, photography, crafts, etc.)
Pamper
yourself:

a vacation (and then do it!)

some make-up on (if done well always motivates me to show it off in public)

your most precedent projects and break them down into small steps.

Pearls of wisdom.
Though this advice might seem pretty conventional, I think it's important to see them outlined as blatantly as you have done.
It reminds me of how happiness isn't always complex and how even something as simple as writing a love note can put you in a better mood.
